I wanted to finish out the year strong so this morning I went along and did my Parkrun even though I had some pain in my leg following a massive cramp in my right calf in the early hours of this morning. I am rather impressed with my result ...

Which was an improvement on last week's 55:37.
It was very impressive to see one of the park workers mowing the lawn in preparation for the visitors the park would most certainly get as the day dawned so beautiful after all the rain we have had in the past couple of weeks.
I popped home to fetch my Mom as she wanted to spend the day at the Casino and on my way home I went looking for an open carwash and found the one at the Biggarsberg Centre was operating so I phoned my hunny and asked him to meet me for breakfast (we unfortunately got very slow service at the coffee shop and my french toast was COLD!!!!) and then tonight we went to Col Cacchio's at Gold Reef City for dinner with Mom.
I can't see myself making it to pumpkin hour ... So I am going to say "Enjoy the party and go safely!!!"
