DATE NIGHT IN AUCKLAND

Sky Tower

5 September 2016: The four of us went on a date night into Auckland tonight.  It was really chilly but we didn't let that dampen our spirits.  

After strolling around a bit ~ we wanted to go and have a drink at the Ice Bar but unfortunately it has closed down ~ we decided on Portofino for dinner and what an awesome choice it was. Great service and excellent food.

We had an awesomely relaxed evening and Nats and I had 2 glasses of wine with our meal (yes ... I really relaxed) and the boys had a couple of beers.

 I was fascinated with the street lights ... They look so Victorian.

We stopped in at a little pub that Brett knows about for a night cap ...
