This morning dawned grey and freezing ... Just like the day we got married 28 years ago!!! Which of course was anything buy grey in my heart!!!!
Today was our monthly Scrap Addicts get-together so I got up early and baked some cheese muffins for breakfast for the girls and made a batch for my boys as well. I left home a bit later than usual as we were scrapping at Linda's home in Meyersdal. I was the first to get there and had a cuppa coffee and a muffin and then got started on my first page. Leonie arrived next and Ali and Lynette only arrived much later as Ali was waiting for some guys from Eskom to come and install a device that will automatically switch off her geyser. They hadn't arrived by 11 so they left and arrived at Linda's around 11h30.
We had a lovely pasta lunch made by Linda followed by a deliciously sweet Custard Tart made by Alison.
When I got home at 17h30 I jumped in the shower and got myself looking decent and we left for our dinner at Back 'O The Moon at Gold Reef City Casino. We had a wonderfully relaxed dinner ... and afterwards walked around and watched some people play at the tables in the casino.
