Lovely Sunday

After a good night's sleep I woke up refreshed and jumped in the shower.  I was totally looking forward to the day ... We dropped Mom off at the casino and then off to The Glen where we started out with a cuppa coffee at Maestro (which was disappointing) before my hairdresser appointment.  We then drove through to Killarney ~ the 94.7 Bicycle Race was on and I was concerned as I was not sure which roads were totally closed but to my delight I found that the M1 North was open and it took us half an hour to get to Killarney where I had a long overdue visit to the Beauty Salon for some waxing and a pedicure ... what absolute pampering.

Connor came with me and after the beauty salon we went to Mugg & Bean for coffee ~ I LOVE M&B coffee.  The saying on the coaster was "Be the man your dog thinks you are".  We then took a leisurely drive home and found that my hunny had arrived home just ahead of us.
We had a lovely cuppa tea together and then back in the car and off to Hyde Park as Connor wanted to go to movies to see Cloud Atlas.  We ambled through Leisure Books and then CNA, had a milkshake, got some dinner at Woolies and then fetched Mom on the way home.  We had had another huge storm while we were out and the drain over the patio had overflowed, AGAIN, which caused a bit of a tiff between my hunny and I as I had been asking for a while that he cleans the drain ... eeeek!! I hate fighting with him.  Oh well ... it's something that he can now take off his "To Do"List!!! :).
Back out again to Hyde Park to fetch Connor and I have just packed for my two days away at Parys and will now get everything ready for an early start to the morning ~ Hope you have all had a stunning weekend and sending blessings for a stunning week ahead.
