1 September 2018: While at Wes and Sam's Wedding we were standing outside the reception venue and two cars stopped on the bridge across the river. The next thing they were flinging all kinds of rubbish into the river ... I was flabbergasted.
😡What on earth were they thinking when they decided to do this???
😡What kind of people are these??
😡No wonder the Vaal River is in huge trouble and dying a terrible death!!!
Although this photo is not very clear ... there was a 100m line of rubbish floating down the river.
