19 January 2018: Today I specifically went through to Lakeview because I knew they were having a blood clinic ... When I first got to the front of the queue my blood pressure was not playing along so the SANBS guy said I should go away and relax for a bit and come back ... I REALLY wanted to donate blood today because it would be my 55th pint in the same month that I turned 55. How awesome would that be.
When I went back I was able to give blood for which I am really grateful as I didn't get to give blood before we went on holiday in December.
