MELROSE ARCH ADVENTURE

5 June 2016: This morning while checking on Facebook I saw a post from my Jolene in New Zealand about The Grind Coffee Company in Melrose Arch which really intrigued me.

I got Connor and Steph out of bed and we started our adventure ... We found The Grind but no parking so I went and parked where I knew I would find my car again and we strolled up to The Grind.

OMGoodness!!!! It is connected to a cycle shop so it was super busy.  Connor and I got a cuppaccino and Steph got a hot chocolate ... The unique thing is that it is served in an ice-cream cone that has a chocolate lining.  Next time I will definitely be trying the hot chocolate!!!

We strolled around a bit and went into Boardmans and I got a few items as gifts.  When we left there were all these scooters parked outside a shop across the road ...

 

We decided on the Bar at Piza e Vino for lunch ... We had been to this Piza e Vino before and had a wonderful meal so were hoping for the same!  And of course I had to take photos ... Hopefully Steph is getting used to this!

This was my divine pasta with chicken and broccoli.

Just after we received our meals my hunny called to say that he was finished working for the day so he came and joined us.  What a wonderful afternoon.
