Spreading Some Joy ~ Tuesday 12 August 2014

I belong to our Regional Employment Equity Forum ~ We did a collection of blankets, clothing and some non-perishable food stuffs for a school in Fourways and after our meeting on Tuesday we went through there to deliver the goodies to them.  This school has 960 kids and they serve them lunch every day (for some of the children this is the only meal they would have in the day). 

We had a long chat with the Principal who was very sweet and very grateful for the assistance.

When I was in school it was always a scary experience being called to the principal's office ... this time it was very pleasant!!!

Yvette is the Chair of our Forum and is doing a sterling job.
