Consistency ...

My little word for this year is CONSISTENT ... I promised myself I would blog consistently but that has not been happening.  For the past 3 weeks I have felt like I have been digging myself out of a very deep hole and eventually I turned the corner and can see the light at the end of the tunnel (and it doesn't feel like a freight train any more!!!).
