My friend Alison gave me the book 'The Happiness Project' and in this book Gretchen Ruben challenged herself to start a blog.  Alison took up this challenge and created her own blog and keeps asking me when I am going to start mine.  Well, here I am muddling my way through this technological mine field ... not too bad for the first hour or so!!!
