16 April 2016: My friend Linda Le Warne and I made a date for a spa treatment after our hectic first quarter at work.

I met Linda at her house yesterday afternoon and we drove through to Monte Casino together where we were collected by the Mangwanani Shuttle ~ It is quite a far drive so it was awesome not to have to drive all the way out there on our own.  It was interesting that when we turned onto the dirt road which leads to the entrance to Mangwanani a security guard car joined us and drove us all the way to the entrance.

 The service, food  and treatments were magical and we felt very relaxed when we got back on the shuttle for the drive back to MonteCasino. 

I spent the evening at Linda's house and after chatting up a storm we eventually went to sleep around 2am.  After coffee and rusks I drove home.
